For eBooks

No refunds will be given once the eBook is downloaded or accessed.

You may request a refund or replacement if

The product is damaged in transit
The product has printing errors
The product was not delivered

To Request a Refund/Replacement

Send us an email within 7 days of delivery including

• Your Order ID
• Description of the issue
• Photo evidence (if damaged)

If approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
